Introduction

Welcome to my personal website! On this site you can find information about my studies and research, about my private life, and about the online game I programmed, Cantr II. Please follow the links on the right hand side for any of these pages.

If you're interested in me professionally, you will find my Curriculum Vitae with all details of my (mostly academic) career so far. There is also a link on top of it for a more detailed version. I am looking for a job next year (lecturer / assistant professor / post-doc with a focus on research methods and comparative politics) so if anything on my CV sparks your interest, please do not hesitate to contact me! Under 'research' you will find a very brief description of the research I am currently doing for my PhD.

If you are interested in me personally, you will find a photo album with over 800 pictures from a number of years, many of which relate to hiking, and you can read my online diary, which is not always very much up to date, but might nonetheless be interesting. It's probably entirely boring if you don't know me already otherwise, though. The little picture on the right here is a bit outdated, I'm afraid.

Finally, the 'political drama' section is an idea I have to set up a site collecting information about as many political drama series as possible, but this has been very little developed so far. Any suggestions for additions are very welcome.
